Seminar on new opportunities of Erasmus+ in 2021 was held in Turkmenistan


On 26/02/2021 a seminar on the new opportunities of the Erasmus+ Programme 2021 was held in online format in Turkmenistan. The event was organized jointly by the National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) in Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, and the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan.

NEO Coordinator Ayna Chorekliyeva made presentations on “Erasmus Mundus Design Measures” (EMDM - a short duration grant to support Institutions in the set-up of a new joint master programme and beyond), and “Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters” (EMJM - a high-level integrated and transnational study programme at MA level).

The deadline for both Programme activities is 13 April 2021.

The seminar also provided the information for individual students. Students can apply directly to the EMJM consortium. Catalogue with ongoing EMJMs offering scholarships could be found on:

Most of the Turkmen Higher Education Institution representatives of administration, staff and students took active part in the seminar.
