EMDM encourage HEIs to develop new, innovative and highly integrated master programmes by an international partnership of HEIs. Other educational and non-educational partners with specific expertise and interest in the area of study may be involved. EMDM aims to involve EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme, institutions, and/or thematic areas that are in some way under-represented in Erasmus Mundus. |

How to apply | |
The beneficiary should initiate contacts and collaboration activities in view of setting up the master’s programme to offer a fully integrated curriculum. The international partnership of HEIs should be composed by at least three HEIs from three different countries, of which at least two must be EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme. The master’s programme includes compulsory physical mobility for all recruited students and has the ambition of recruiting excellent candidates worldwide. By the end of the project, the involved HEIs will have to agree the basic joint mechanisms for the master programme under development:
